(Senior) Associate (m/f/d) Reporting & Consolidation

Your tasks.

Prepare consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS/GAAP.
Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring deadlines are met even under tight schedules.
Perform financial analysis and variance analysis to support management reporting.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data reported by various business units.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather and validate financial information.
Implement and maintain financial reporting systems.
Prepare and review reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Support special projects and ad-hoc reporting requests, often with short turnaround times.
Take initiative in identifying and resolving issues related to financial reporting and consolidation.

Your profile.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CPA or equivalent certification.
4+ years of experience in financial reporting and consolidation.
Strong knowledge of IFRS or equivalent GAAP.
Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Hyperion, FCCS).
Advanced Excel skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Resilience and the ability to maintain high performance under stress.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities.
Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter and take ownership of projects.
